Terms of Use

Effective September 21, 2026

In plain terms: this site explains the recording program and lets you sign up. Signing up is a request to join, not a guarantee. The program itself, including pay, equipment, and what happens to your recordings, is governed by the program terms you receive at onboarding. Be honest on the form, be 18 or older, and don't misuse the site.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use are between you and Durima LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Gremio ("we," "us"). By using this site or submitting the sign-up form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Who can sign up

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to sign up. If you're enrolling a team as an owner or crew leader, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and that participation is voluntary for each person on your team.

3. What signing up means

4. Your information

You agree to give us accurate information about yourself and your work, to sign up only for yourself (or for a team you're authorized to enroll), and to update us if something changes. Don't sign up using someone else's name or number.

5. Communications

By giving us your cell number, you agree to receive texts and calls from us about your sign-up and the program, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP.

6. Using the site

You may use the site for its intended purpose: learning about the program and signing up. You may not scrape or copy the site, interfere with how it works, try to access anything you're not authorized to, submit false sign-ups, or use the site to send spam or to misrepresent the program to others. The Gremio name, logo, and the content of this site belong to us; you may describe the program accurately to friends and coworkers, but you may not use our name or logo to suggest we endorse you or your business without our written permission.

7. The program is governed separately

Everything that happens after onboarding, including how you record, what recordings are accepted, how and when you're paid, equipment, and how your recordings are used, is governed by the program terms and privacy notice you receive at onboarding, not by these Terms of Use. If those documents conflict with anything on this site, they control.

8. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that the program will continue to operate or to accept the kind of work you do. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Durima LLC and its members, managers, and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or opportunities, arising from your use of this site. Our total liability to you for anything arising from this site will not exceed $100. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a dispute with us about this site, contact us first and give us 30 days to resolve it. Any dispute that can't be resolved that way will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that if you're a consumer you may also bring a claim in the courts of the state where you live. This section doesn't limit any rights you have under your state's consumer-protection laws that can't be waived.
