Privacy Policy
In plain terms: when you sign up, we collect your name, phone number, city, and a few details about your work so we can text you back and get you started. We share that with the partner who runs the recording program. We don't sell your contact details, we don't run ads, and you can ask us to delete your information at any time.
1. Who we are
Gremio is a trade name of Durima LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect through this website and our texts, calls, and emails with you, and what we do with it. Once you join the recording program, the program's own terms and privacy notice, which you receive at onboarding, govern your recordings and payments.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Sign-up form: your name, cell number, city, what kind of work you do, how many hours a week you could record, whether you work for yourself, as an employee, or as an owner or crew leader, whether you'd record with your own phone or a camera, and your preferred language.
- Messages: what you send us by text, WhatsApp, email, or phone, including questions and feedback.
- Team enrollments: if you're an owner or crew leader signing up a team, your business name and the number of people you're enrolling.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs: our hosting provider records standard information such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.
- Language setting: the site remembers your English or Spanish choice in your browser. This stays on your device and isn't sent to us.
We don't use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers on this site.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your sign-up and answer your questions.
- To decide whether the program is a fit for the work you do.
- To connect you with the program partner so you can be onboarded, set up, and paid.
- To text and call you about your application and next steps.
- To keep our records, prevent fraud, and comply with the law.
We don't use your information for advertising and we don't sell it.
4. Who we share it with
- The program partner. The company that operates the recording program, handles equipment, reviews recordings, and makes payments receives your sign-up information so they can onboard you. Their own privacy notice covers what happens after that.
- Service providers. Companies that host this site, deliver our texts and emails, and store our contact records. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
- The person who referred you may be told that you signed up, but not anything else you told us.
- Legal. When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the safety or rights of any person.
- A successor. If Durima LLC is sold or merged, your information may transfer as part of that, under this policy.
5. Texts and calls
By giving us your cell number, you agree that we may text and call you about your sign-up and the program, including with automated tools. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help. We don't send marketing texts and we don't give your number to anyone for their marketing.
6. Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what information we have about you;
- correct it;
- delete it; or
- stop contacting you.
Text or email us using the details at the bottom of this page and include the phone number you signed up with. We'll confirm the request came from you and respond within 45 days. We won't treat you differently for making a request. If you've already been onboarded, we'll also pass your deletion request to the program partner, whose own process covers your recordings.
California residents
If California's privacy law applies to you, you have the rights above plus the right to know the categories of personal information we collect (identifiers, contact details, professional information, and internet activity as described in Section 2), the sources (you, and the people who refer you), the purposes (Section 3), and the parties we disclose it to (Section 4). We don't sell or share personal information for advertising purposes, and we don't collect sensitive personal information through this site. You may use an authorized agent to make a request; we'll ask for proof of authorization.
Residents of other states
If you live in a state with its own consumer privacy law, you may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your information, and to appeal if we decline a request. To appeal, reply to our decision with the word "Appeal" and we'll respond within 45 days.
7. How long we keep it
Sign-up information is kept for twelve months if you don't join the program, and for as long as you're active plus two years if you do, so we can answer questions later. Messages are kept for two years. Server logs are kept by our host, typically for 30 days or less. We may keep information longer where the law requires.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and limited access to our records. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we'll notify you as the law requires.
9. Age
The program is for adults. This site isn't directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has signed up, contact us and we'll delete the information.
10. Where your information is processed
The program operates in the United States and our records are kept there. If you use the site from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States.
11. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change matters to people who've already signed up, we'll text or email you before it takes effect.
