Your phone or a camera we send you, at chest or head height, hands in the frame. Uploads by itself.
A sentence every 15 seconds or so. Any language. That's the whole job.
$15–$20 per hour we accept. Zelle, Venmo or direct deposit.
Pulled the serpentine belt. It's cracked on the ribs. Grabbing the new one off the bench.A mechanic, mid-job
Anyone who works with their hands. Whole jobs, start to finish.
Put your whole team on it. They earn per hour, you earn a share, we handle every payout. One morning to set up.
Companies building robots and AI need to see how real work gets done by real people — how you hold a wrench, fold a shirt, thread a needle. There's no way to fake it. They pay us for the footage; we pay you. Ask us for names of people already getting paid.
Training robots and AI systems. That's it. Not for evaluating you or your employer, not sold for ads, never posted publicly.
Fair question, and we won't dress it up. Robots that do physical work are being built either way — with or without your footage. What isn't decided yet is whether the people who actually know the work get paid while it happens, or whether it's learned from someone else's video for nothing. We think you should be paid, and paid well. And for what it's worth: a machine that can fold a towel is still a very long way from one that can figure out why a furnace won't light.
Just what you did: "Cut the pipe. Dry-fitting the new one." A plain sentence every 15 seconds or so. Long silences don't get paid. Most people have the habit by day two.
Yes. English or Spanish, whichever you think in.
Either. Any recent iPhone or Android works, and we send a chest or head mount so the camera sees what your hands see. Or we ship you a small head-mounted camera at no cost — better for long shifts, wet or dirty work. Uploads happen by themselves over wifi or data. If it's our camera and it breaks, we send another; you're not on the hook.
Camera on, your hands visible in the frame, real work happening, you talking through it. Whole jobs with variety in them — not one motion repeated for an hour. If your work is repetitive, include the setup, cleanup and problem-solving. Every week we tell you what was accepted and, if something wasn't, exactly why.
Only if your boss brought you in or had to approve you recording at work — then they get a share, and we tell you your exact rate before you start. If you signed up on your own and record on your own time, every dollar is yours.
Three layers. We can automatically blur any face that ends up in the footage. You can post a small "Recording in progress" sign we send you. And if someone will be in the shot up close, ask — "I'm recording my work today, that okay?" — and if they say no, pause and skip that job. In a shop, at a bench or in your own kitchen, there's usually nobody else in the frame anyway.
$100 for every person you bring in, paid once they've delivered 20 accepted hours.
You're paid as an independent licensor of your footage; we send a 1099 over $600 a year. No minimum hours. Quit any time — if we sent gear, send it back in its case and we cover postage.
We text you back within a day.
